Adopt a Cat
We have many beautiful cats of all ages and backgrounds waiting for a home of their very own.
Can you find room for one in your home?

We are a small charity based in the Reading, Maidenhead and Henley on Thames areas. We aim to rehome our cats and kittens within approximately a 20 mile radius of Henley.

Kittens (Please read our article : Adopting Kittens)

kittens We have three pairs of older kittens. Please phone for details.

Adult cats (Please read our article : Tips on adopting an adult cat)

Tabatha - a one year old longhaired tabby girl who is very friendly.

Polly and Bubbles - a pair of 12 year old tabby and white sisters who are very much lap cats. They are used to children so would make great family pets. They are to be rehomed together.

Polly Bubbles

Oliver - a handsome young ginger and white cat who was a stray in Reading. He is very friendly and loves people. A great character.

Blu and Lennox - are 8 years old brother and sister. They have always lived as indoor cats but as they are overweight they might benefit from getting some outdoor exercise!

Blu Lennox

Mikka - is a 6 month old black female with a silky coat and a fine plume of a tail. She is very friendly, gets on with other cats and would make a good family pet.

Pippa - is a tiny one year old short haired black female cat. Although she can be a little timid until she knows you she is a lovely, friendly cat.

Tom Tom - is a 9 year old ginger boy who will need a new home shortly when his owners move and cannot take him with them. He can be a little timid until he gets to know you but after that he's a real character and loves people.

Buffy Buffy - is a gentle, playful and affectionate four year old female cat. Buffy would probably make a very good family pet but would not be happy living with dogs. She is a very good hunter so her new owner would not have to mind the odd mouse or two being brought back home!

Poppy Poppy - is a lovely, longhaired, 3 year old black cat. Although longhaired her coat is very fine and does not matt but she will need some grooming. Poppy is a sensitive soul who is very friendly once she gets to know you and would make a very good companion. She would be best rehomed to a quiet home without children or other animals.

Tash Tash - is a part Burmese semi-longhaired tabby female. Tash is 15 years old and is now homeless following the sudden death of her owner. Tash is a small cat but very lively. She still enjoys hunting and generally being out and about. She is very vocal and loves company but is jealous of other cats.

In view of Tash's age she will be rehomed under our "Golden Oldie" scheme which means that financial help will be available for any future veterinary treatment.

Feral cats - we have several cats who need homes at smallholdings, stables etc. They will undertake rodent control duties in return for having somewhere warm to sleep and two good meals a day.

Yes, all are spayed or neutered before rehoming.

Do I have to make a donation if I offer a home to a cat?
